About Dark Horse Café
Dark Horse Café is a family-run café in the scenic heart of Watsons Creek, Victoria, gateway to the Yarra Valley. We are known for warm hospitality, country-style charm and homemade food prepared fresh onsite.
We serve rustic breakfasts, hearty lunches, locally roasted coffee and some of the best vanilla slices in the region.

- Cook / Kitchen Hand — casual or part-time
- Wait Staff — casual, part-time and weekend shifts
- Barista — casual, part-time and weekend shifts
- Juniors — casual, part-time and weekend shifts
Who We're Looking For
- Hospitality experience in kitchen or front-of-house work
- Energetic, reliable people who care about food and service
- Cook/Chef applicants with trade qualifications or equivalent experience
- Wait staff with a current RSA and a friendly, professional attitude
- Baristas with at least 6–12 months experience in a busy café, including espresso machine use, dialling in, grind adjustment, extraction and milk texturing
- Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents
